My Dream Company

The Field

• A creative company. With main industry: printed media, also can extend to new media.
• Main theme: wanna make the media to help the readers find their passion in life
• Target market: Youth, in the age of seeking their passion in life (around 14-22).
• the media will discuss, explain, and criticize the detail of lots of profession in this world. 
• the media will be divided into some big division. Such as economics, art, health, social, bla bla bla
• Each division will explain the smaller scope of a profession, in detail. The detail explanation about that profession, the job desc, education to reach that, chance and problems in this nation about that profession, sucessfull story, etc.
• Well i call this creative company, because i think it won't be limited just about media. But also, event, merchandise, or anything related with the main theme.

The Crew

•  My biggest dream about my crew is, people who really enjoy what s/he do most. Such: the journalist must passionate in writing and gathering news, the HRD is someone whooo enjoooyyyy dealing with people. I wanna make a company with full of passionate people inside. 
• Creative and inspirative youth, or any age that still think like youth. :D Youth isn't just about age, right?
• one United team!!! bold solidarity in difference. Crazy, noisy, but professional! I want make this company like a family. Of course, with clear limitation about working authority and outside work things!

The Office

• Another home. Feels like home. A comfortable place to discuss, share, and of course to work!
• Never ending inspiring place!
• Started with kind of business unit i guess!
• Each worker can create their 'own' space, adjusted with their characteristic and pleasure place to work. Your workspace is your sanctuary!
• Again, comfortable!
• I'll make a room for ideas! Maybe full of notes, scratch, or stickies in the wall. 
• Dreaming rooms!
• Place where each inch of it can be an inspiring spot!!!! :D

*also i still have some kind of dream about the routine-scedhules, the activities, and sooo oonnn.... :D 
Though i know, there are still loooooooot of things i have to learn, think, search, and maybe reach, and reality is not as beautiful as this idealistic dream, I am really excited of dreaming this kind of dream!!! Don't you????
