Too Much Proximity

I always become way too sentimental and somewhat hyperbolic with proximity thing.
and through this long-bedrest-weekend, i finally re-watch, this series which have been one of my favourite since 3-4 years ago. Been leaving the last 10 episodes since I moved here. And i guess, i really miss 'em. :')

Brothers and Sisters.

The connection and similarity about experience, reference, and the frame itself, always have their own way to touch me. To smile, to laugh, to feel lost, and to be proud of.

I smile a lot
everytime that narrative voiceover conclude all the ups and downs of the whole episode,
with the most scene: dinner together at Nora's, the HQ.

or when my two favourite's character Kitty and Sarah finally find their soulmate
through Robert (still can't accept that young boy college Seth) and Luc.
Well i heart the Republicans Kitty-Robert specially when they start arguing, make their own opinion, which at the end, completing each other.

*my fav part still, season 1, the way they met and know each other (senator-communication director staff), and season 4 part Kitty got cancer in the beginning epi.

And these Sarah-Luc. I mean, how can we not love 'em? After the serials of scene 'i do it all by myself' Sarah, finding a man like Luc who are sensitively understand her more than words, is just .. well 'to good to be true'. But it's still lovely to be watched. (that's why tv series deliver the other reality ;p, to give us courage to keep on dreaming.)

fav part: *while Luc finally came, from France <3 (season 4 epi 4, with that super song 'c'est l'amour')

Always laugh
while those Walkers call each other, via hold, via conference, via anything.
to just gossip or update each family member's 'story'

Always and always feel lost
about Ojai closed. :( Season 4 episode 22.
That crazy car accident Season 4 episode 23

And yes, be proud of
watching those (main) characters just grow up.
Justin, From 'baby'-spoiled to one of Walker's dependable man
Sarah, From a way too skeptical super-working-mom to an 'ordinary' happy lady
Kitty, the fierce first lady, with so much integrity, energy, and how to keep it balance to be beside his 'senator' man.
Kevin, the sensitive guy & lovely brother that learn to make commitment, face and fight for it through it all
Nora, mommy, who always be a mommy forever and ever no matter what happen to her kids. The one who unity all the differences, problems, and characters.

:')
Because all of those proximities,
always remind me, about my own family.
Brothers, sisters, relatives,
family business,
the complicated-non sense-somehow silly things
around those big family.

Redefined. Repackaged. Remembered.
