Spontaneous yet Lucky Nite

Ok, I've known since like 2 weeks ago, that Tompi, one of Indonesian Jazz singer, will come to Surabaya, the day after tomorrow, at Cat Pajamas Garden Palace Hotel. I love jazz and i pretty love Tompi, but the most, i really love music event like this. Plus, since last week my cell group has moved its scedhule to Wednesday (you know most of Jazz event always take 'Friday' as its D-Day). So this Friday, I'm free. I've been asking some friends to go with me to this event, but no one seems interest, the reason is either they don't like jazz or tompi. Yeah, so, the ideas watching Tompi live concert has gone away, until... this night.

This night, my cell group's activities was joining the city prayer at Garden Palace Hotel. I came there at 7 pm, waiting another friend to pray together. Then, one of my friend, Alvin, said "Tompi's ticket reservation was overhere."Wow, so it was necessary to book first. Suddenly, my spontaneous act arose and i came to the reservation table. I asked the employee.

V: "Did you still get any vacant seat?"
E: "No, they're all fully booked."

V: "Well, didn't you even have the cancelled one?"
E: "So far no... But let me put you in the waiting list priority. How many do you want?"
*I'll keep thinking and messaging some friend who wanna join me, but still the same. There's nobody. So...
V: "okay, just one."

E: "Which place you wanna book? Regular (125,000 IDR), or VIP (150,000 IDR). Well, we actually have the VVIP, but it is fully booked already.
V: "Whatever vacant place. Up to you, the regular or VIP."
E: "okay. Put your name and number here."

Then, with 'nothing to lose' spirit, i join the city prayer until around 8.30 pm. Before leaving, i decided to come to that table again. This time, there were many man overran that tiny table. They were bargaining with the employee to add another ticket again. There was a man who were very stubborn, convince the employee he just want one more ticket and would pay that cash. But it has been booked to other audience. Well, after that man became calm, i asked to the employee.

V: "So how was it? Did you get any vacant seat from the cancelled audience?"
E: "Miss, so how many did you want? Still one?"
V: "Yeah. Just one."

E: "Well, we got one VVIP right here (she pointed at table no.4, exactly in front of the right corner of the stage!), and one VIP right here (in the middle of the room). Which one did you want?
V: "How much for the VVIP seat?"
E:" 175,000 IDR"
V: "Well i took the VVIP, then!"

XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOWWWW!!!!
How lucky i was!!!!!! really, the point is, because, i came there, with nothing to lose feeling. And well, now it seemed like, i was so lucky! :D
I just googled and found, everywhere around, the information always said the VVIP seat is FULL, such at this web. W-O-W!

Nahhh, the day after tomorrow, i promise i'll dress up! I'll wear Tompi's hat trademark, then. Yay. Eventhough this may be the first time i'll attend an event like this, alone, i am sooo excited. :)

Anyway, there's another fun thing. That time, after i officially got the VVIP ticket and still waiting for my change, a man asked me, "So you've been waiting for couple hours, for that ticket?"
Me: "Well, kind of."
That Man: "Hoaaaaaa.... you're so lucky. Your extra effort really made a good result. This is called the real big fans!"
Me: XDDDD

*the truth, i was not spending my 2 hours just for chasing the ticket, but for praying. And maybe God hear my prayer? Though it's a prayer for city, not for Tompi's ticket. XD

Whatever, this sounds really true!
"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness,
and all these things will be given to you as well."
Matthew 6:33

The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway.
